Be the peace you wish to see in the world. Did Gandhi get it wrong? Either he’s wrong or we are not being the peace- nor the joy or abundance. If you look in the mirror, who do you see? What if the state of the world is a reflection of us? What if our pain is purposeful? There’s nothing new about the idea that suffering serves. In my allegory of Love’s Alchemy, lead brings gold. No lead, no gold, no growth, no thriving. We know this deeply, intuitively. We hear extraordinary stories of overcoming adversity. And yet when
trials and tribulations come knocking, so often we collapse in the face of them.
At the end of the journey you will have created a beautiful mandala inspired by nature’s elements while developing a deeper awareness of your mind body connection. Each day we’ll delve deeper into experiencing each element using Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda. Each person will leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered with knowledge to enhance your health and wellbeing. Mandala means sacred circle which had deep spiritual significance. It is a symbol of the eternal, infinite universe which encompasses all. Mandalas have the power to heal us on a deep level and bring us back to our centre “It is the path to the centre, to individuation” Carl Jung book ‘Memoirs Dreams and Reflections’
By tapping into the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda as well as our relationship to nature and the elements we will develop a deeper understanding of our true nature. As we explore the elements each day and use journaling as a way of self-reflection, we will start to create a Mandala as a group, and individually, which will be the outcome of the 5 day journey.
