This is indicative of the humour associated with this fabulous Uke course which will have you playing one of these lovely instruments in a very short time. You will be amazed and surprised at the talent you possess and Terry would love to encourage you to develop your musical skills.

You don't need to be able to read music or have any musical experience and even if you have been playing for a while you will still fit in the fun. Following this course you should have no trouble in being able to liven up a gathering by playing the songs learnt at Bello.

Terry Stapleton

Terry’s entertaining performances are well-known to audiences in Northern NSW and South East Qld. His association with the ukulele began in 1968. He founded and directs the highly successful Macleay Ukulele Group (MUGS) and conducts uke groups and choirs in the Brisbane area. A trainer of many years’ experience he employs the fun of uking at pre-school and primary venues, at depression recovery group musical forums and many community- type assemblies.

Terry has been running Uke Groups and Performing and Entertaining for many years and considers his Camp Creative Course, now in its fourth year, to be the highlight of his calendar.


Course Requirements

Course Requirements :-  A Ukelele, a tuner,  a music stand and a folder in which to place handout material. The Ukelele Club Songbook ( 250 songs )  by Sascha publishing is a book which will be used widely throughout the week, This book can be obtained at music shops or Terry can supply this book on site at cost price. This book  will hold the musician in good stead, particularly with players of other instruments for many years to come. Following listing on the course Terry will contact  each group member and discuss the fun upcoming in January.

 

A big smile and a sense of humour are  basic requirements !!!!!
