Course Fee Structure

Course fees are for five days of tuition in total.

They are not a daily rate, but the total cost of the Camp.

 

Full-day courses

Start at 9.00 am and finish 4.00 pm. There is a lunch break between 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm, and class morning and afternoon tea breaks.

Half-day courses

There are two half day enrolment options.

A morning course 9.00 am to 12.00 pm

An afternoon course 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Only certain courses run over half days. This is specified on each course listing.

Kids & Teens

Our kids’ classes start at age five, with our teen courses up to seventeen years. Each course listing specifies an age range, which reflects the maturity and skills required to participate in the course.

Course materials

Some courses have material and course costs additional to the course fee. Further information can be found on each course listing.

Adult concessions

Concessions require an active Centrelink pension or healthcare card, to be presented on the first day.

Companion cards

If you have a Companion Card, there is no cost for your carer or carers to accompany you at the Camp.

Email us to organise this before enrolling in your course.

Payment Plans

Unfortunately we have been unable to source a payment facility for Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay etc.)

Creative Kids

If you wish to use your $50 voucher, payment needs to be made in full first. 

Please provide your voucher number at checkout. We will then redeem it with Service NSW.  When they provide they refund, we will send your credit back to the card you used for your booking.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that all refunds will incur a fee.

Camp Creative pays fees both when you place your order and when we process a refund.  Unfortunately we now have to pass these costs on.

The fee incurred will be taken out of your refund when processed.

Fee for 1 course $50

Fee for 2 courses $75

Fee for 3 courses $90

Fee for 4+ courses $100

(half day and kids/teens courses will be half of these amounts)
