To qualify for the Advanced Program you need to have either done a previous course with us at Camp Creative or have training in circus or gymnastics and have an intermediate level of skill.

More about the course

Spaghetti Circus is based in Mullumbimby on the Far North Coast of NSW and is a leading Australian youth circus. Spaghetti hosts the National Circus Festival every second year and has been fostering creative development of physical performance skills for over 25 years. The founder of Spaghetti Circus, Leonie Mills OAM, leads this workshop and is one of the most inspiring circus trainers in the country.

Leonie Mills

Leonie Mills OAM  After her beginnings as a champion competitive gymnast, Leonie channelled her energy and passion into creating the amazing Spaghetti Circus. Over the last 25 years, Leonie has whipped the Spaghetti family into developing their fabulous skills and performances. Leonie is an accomplished performer and choreographer, having performed all over Australia including at the National Circus, Woodford and Adelaide Fringe Festivals. Leonie is a highly skilled and experienced circus coach, specialising in the ridiculous.

Corie Hurry

Corie Hurry has travelled all around Australia and New Zealand as a circus performer since graduating from the National Institute of Circus Arts in Melbourne. As a trainer, Corie works hard to nurture and inspire kids to develop their creative, physical skills. Corie can teach you how to juggle, ride a unicycle, toss a diablo or balance on your hands - all with a smile on your face.
