Each day one element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether) will be featured and explored using the Yogic and Ayurvedic Principles. A guided meditation and walking meditation (outside, weather permitting), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and Pranayama (breathing practise) will also be given every day.
There will be time spent reflecting, writing notes and working on your own personal mandala, and a group mandala.
Towards the end of this week’s journey each person will have developed a deeper perspective, awareness and understanding of themselves through Yoga (Chakras), Ayurveda (Doshas) and Mandala and will take home with them some personal practises and lifestyle options to incorporate into their daily lives, as well as beautiful mandala’s created and inspired by nature’s elements.
Spending time in nature and tuning in to the elements helps create an opportunity to discover and unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we interact in the world around us. By awakening our true nature theexpression of innate creativity is able to blossom and grow.
