Ticketing

The Terms & Conditions apply to the sales of course enrolments and the attendance at ‘Camp Creative’, operated by Camp Creative Inc. (ABN 23 162 507 663).

By purchasing or otherwise using a course enrolment to attend ‘Camp Creative’ the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, just as if you had signed a written agreement.

Camp Creative Inc. reserves the rights to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice but any changes will be clearly outlined on their website.

All sales are non-refundable except in the event of Camp Creative Inc. cancelling or rescheduling.

If a course is cancelled by Camp Creative Inc., you will be offered the opportunity to change to another course OR a full refund of the course enrolment fee.

Course changes are permitted up until 5pm - 30th November 2024.

• Changes made by the customer through the web portal are not subject to any administration fee.

• Course changes that require manual assistance from the Camp Creative Coordinator are subject to an administration fee of $50.00. This includes changes from a full day course to a half day course.

• All changes are subject to course availability at the time of change.

• Transfer of tickets (change of name) to another person is permitted up until 5pm on the Monday preceding the commencement of Camp Creative and are subject to an administration fee of $50.00. Requests for transfer must be made in writing to the Camp Coordinator email: info@campcreative.com.au

If a Course is Cancelled by Camp Creative

If Camp Creative Inc. needs to cancel a course, the customer will be offered the following:

• Opportunity to change course selection

• A full refund of course enrolment fee

The enrolled customer is notified as soon as applicable for any course cancellation. However, please note that Camp Creative, is not responsible for additional expenses incurred such as airfares or accommodation.

Photography and Filming

If you are photographed, filmed or taped whilst attending Camp Creative, you consent to Camp Creative Inc. or third parties appointed by Camp Creative Inc. photographing, filming and taping you. Camp Creative Inc. can broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of you without compensation. Camp Creative Inc., the third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms and Conditions if and to the extent that such failure is due to matters beyond our reasonable control.

Matters beyond our reasonable control include acts of God, pandemics, changes in law or regulation or other acts of any governmental authority, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, adverse weather conditions, disruption to transportation and civil disorders or other similar acts or causes beyond our reasonable control.

We must promptly notify you of any such delay or failure to perform and use all reasonable commercial efforts to avoid and remove the cause of delay or failure.
