  • DAY ONE - Let’s Cook Like an Asian Restaurant

We’re going to whip up some super easy Asian favourites on our first day.

Get ready to master the art of perfect Fried Rice, savour the zesty delight and crunch of Lemon Chicken, indulge in the noodle heaven with Thai Pad See Ew, and experience the fragrant, mouthwatering flavours of Vietnam with Bun Cha.

DAY TWO - Get Ready to Curry On!

Let's spice things up and get curried away!

Whether you're a curry connoisseur or a total newbie, today is all about having fun, experimenting with spices, and discovering your new favourite dish.

From the aromatic Chicken Biryani it’s easier than you think and we’ll make your taste buds dance to the rich and flavourful Sri Lankan Fish Curry, and the comforting Aloo Methi Sabzi (potato), it's a curry craze you won't forget.

These curries are not hot—you get to decide the heat level! How spicy can you handle?

    DAY THREE - Vege Vibes

Let’s celebrate the vibrant, colourful world of vegetables!

We'll let veggies steal the spotlight with dishes that are as delicious as they are nutritious. Don't be fooled by the concept of vegetarian—these dishes are guaranteed to leave you wanting more.

Enjoy Middle Eastern-inspired fried eggplant with zhoug, an incredible leek, pumpkin, and blue cheese galette – you’ll be making the pastry from scratch, and cheesy, spinach-filled borek with lemon.

    DAY FOUR - Student’s Choice

Today’s your day to shine as we put the power in your hands with our Student’s Choice!

Have a dish you’ve always wanted to master? A family recipe you're itching to share? Now’s your chance to take the reins and tell us what you'd love to create in the kitchen.

From nostalgic comfort foods to exotic culinary adventures, the kitchen is your playground! So, get those creative juices flowing, share your inspirations, and let’s whip up some deliciousness together!

DAY FIVE - Mexican Fiesta Finale

We’re going to fiesta like there's no mañana as we wrap up our week-long culinary adventure with a Mexican Fiesta Finale!

Savour succulent carnitas (pork) slow-cooked to perfection, ready to be wrapped up in tortillas with crunchy slaw, zesty pico de gallo, creamy avocado, and tangy sour cream and a few Jalapenos with coriander —it’s a flavour fiesta you won’t want to miss. And let’s not forget the citrusy ceviche and crispy corn chips to round out the feast!

YOUR COURSE TUTOR

Mel Prince

Food has an incredible power to connect people, and for me, it’s more than just a passion – it’s how I express and communicate love.

I started with pop-up food concepts at music festivals whilst still working in the corporate world, became the owner of several cafes, collaborated with talented chefs, consulted on menus, and put down the pans to start a blog whilst living in Bali. The blog evolved into a meal delivery and catering business called pink salt + chilli.

Join me as I take simple, fresh ingredients and transform them into everyday dishes bursting with flavour. With a dash of fun, a sprinkle of pink salt, a hint of chili (okay, maybe more than a hint in my case), and always enjoying a glass of rosé along the way.

Together, let’s embark on a culinary adventure where we explore flavours, create memorable dishes, and celebrate the love and connection that food brings into our lives.
